Konza Valley Capital (formerly known as Kansas Venture Capital) is a licensed Small Business Investment Company, or SBIC, that provides private equity capital to lower middle market companies having potential for substantial growth and long-term equity appreciation. The primary market focus is companies with $10 million to $100 million in revenue and EBITDA margin of at least 10%. Investment range is $500,000 to $2,600,000 although the firm’s targeted size for an initial investment is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 (Series A).

Konza Valley Capital develops flexible, equity-oriented investment structures for growing companies having unique financial requirements and assists in securing additional financing sources to ensure the best possible capitalization to meet a company’s needs. Typical investment structures include common or preferred stock, convertible preferred stock or notes, common stock warrants and subordinated debentures. Our investment may consist of any combination of these securities and are generally structured with repayment terms and exit provisions within a five- to seven-year time frame.
