Understanding People is the key to Success!

Whether it’s having a better understanding about yourself, or really ‘knowing’ your team, there’s no doubt that having the right people in the right seats makes all the difference in long term success.

In fact, according to Gallup, 75% of leaders are unsure whether or not they have the right team in place to succeed.

One of the best ways to understand your team (or potential new hires) is through the use of assessments – and one of the best assessment tools out there is Culture Index. (Scientifically validated as the most accurate assessment on the market).

Entrepreneurial Alliance member Terri Foudray has graciously offered her expertise for our January meeting. Attendees will not only get to learn about the Culture Index system, they’ll also have the chance to take an assessment for themselves and their teams and learn about the results.
