Mike has entrepreneurship in his blood, following in the footsteps of his ancestors, he decided to bring the Heart of America some real Irish styled whiskey. Benay is a science teacher turned distillery master, bringing in numerous awards for her craft, including Missouri Distillery of the Year, every year since opening the doors in 2016!
