TBMMG’s Three-Pronged Approach to Success

1. Education

The Business Mastery Program is 24 weeks of accelerated, intensive business training taught by experienced entrepreneurs. Operations, marketing, sales and finance strategies are included in each track.

2. Coaching, Mentoring, and Development

Every entrepreneur in the Business Mastery Program is assigned a bridge builder business coach for 12 months. There are six months of coaching through the Business Mastery Program and six months after the program ends to assist with the day-to-day challenges every entrepreneur faces. During the final six months of coaching, entrepreneurs are also required to report to a board of mentors after graduating from the Business Mastery Program.

3. Funding

Included in the Business Mastery Program is access to funding initiatives that fit the entrepreneur’s industry and business. Working with micro loan funds, lending groups, banks, investors and equity stakeholders who provide needed capital to start, stabilize, sustain and scale the entrepreneur’s business.
