The Black MasterMind Group Charitable Foundation

The Black MasterMind Group is designed to create strategies to help the Black Entrepreneurial Community; Start, Stabilize, Sustain, and Scale businesses in the black entrepreneurial community. The Black MasterMind Group works collaboratively with organizations, community leaders, business coaches, trainers, educators, and business leaders, to teach entrepreneurial financial literacy and business strategies helping the black entrepreneurial community secure funding.

Education

The Business Mastery Program is 24 weeks of accelerated, intensive, business training, taught by experienced entrepreneurs. Operations, marketing, sales, and finance strategies are included in each track.

Coaching, Mentoring, and Development

Every entrepreneur in the Business Mastery Program is assigned a Bridge Builder Business Coach for 12 months. Six months of coaching through the Business Mastery Program and six month after the program ends to assist with the day-to-day challenges faced by every entrepreneur. During the final six months of coaching Entrepreneurs are also required to report to a board of mentors for after graduation from the Business Mastery Program

Funding

Included in the Business Mastery Program is access to funding initiatives that fit the entrepreneur’s industry and business. Working with micro loan funds, lending groups, banks, investors, and equity stake holders, who provide needed capital to Start, Stabilize, Sustain, and Scale the entrepreneur’s business
