The Missouri Small Business Development Center at UMKC is Kansas City’s leading resource for starting, developing and growing a business. The ELEVATIONLAB™ training programs offer expertise to businesses of all types and stages. Our trainings combined with our one-on-one counseling assist thousands of entrepreneurs in the Kansas City region each year. Experts in a variety of fields, the staff specializes in topics that affect all small business owners. Our staff is able to offer services in strategic planning, economic gardening, marketing and international trade. Our center is part of the network of Missouri SBDCs and an affiliate of the UMKC Innovation Center.
