For over 30 years,  the Metropolitan Community College Corporate College has served Kansas City’s businesses by providing customized training and consultative services designed to enhance employee skills and maximize productivity.  MCC assists in improving performance in all areas - people, processes and the workplace environment.  MCC customizes its services to meet company's needs, offering a variety of delivery options (at a company's site, at an MCC campus, or online) paired with 24/7 time frames.

In this economy, it's more important than ever to make the most of available resources.  MCC performance consultants are experts in their fields. Their training and guidance lend a real-world value that can be customized to benefit employees from executives to front-line workers.

MCC assists with businesses accessing state workforce training funds on both sides of the state line.
