Workforce Partnership is committed to building a workforce development system that meets the needs of both job seekers and employers throughout the Kansas City area. A network of career centers in Johnson, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte counties offers professional services to employers in a variety of areas.

Workforce Partnership can connect local employers with qualified job candidates. The staff will design a unique strategy based on the individual needs of the company. Services include: candidate recruitment, candidate screening, proficiency testing, customized assessments, free online job listings through kansasworks.com, on- and off-site recruitment, training solutions, interview space, labor market information and employer workshops.
