TechAccel is the first-of-its-kind venture development and technology organization that invests across the agriculture, animal health and food science industries. The firm focuses its investment efforts in three areas:

  1. Startups: TechAccel participates in early-stage and priced-equity rounds. The firm also brings additional R&D capital and scientific resources to help startups expand their technology platforms into new or adjacent markets.

  2. Universities: TechAccel identifies and licenses technologies from universities and provides funding to bridge the gap between the lab and the marketplace. The firm also utilizes universities as virtual research labs to conduct critical studies on the path to commercialization.

  3. Corporate Strategics: TechAccel works with large strategic partners to fund, de-risk and commercialize technology programs that have been stranded on corporate shelves. Additionally, the firm helps scout for new innovations or startups that might fill critical product development needs.
