LaunchKC’s accelerator platform partners Kansas City corporations with scalable startup businesses. It selects startups that align with each corporation’s goals, providing them access to exciting innovative products and services. Startups chosen for the program will receive unprecedented resources from corporate partners.

About

LaunchKC is a grants competition and studio platform that leverages grants and creates new opportunities for investors, entrepreneurs and the tech ecosystem of Kansas City. Its bottom line is to attract scalable companies to create more jobs and opportunities while growing the local economy. LaunchKC is an initiative of the Downtown Council and the Economic Development Corporation, both of Kansas City, Missouri.

  • Social Venture Studio
  • Startup Grants Competition

 

Each year, LaunchKC invests $500,000 in pre-seed and seed-stage companies that relocate to downtown Kansas City, Missouri through the grants competition. Founded in 2014, LaunchKC is a nonprofit initiative of the Downtown Council and the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri.
