RedTire stands for Redefine your retirement. RedTire uniquely acts as a matchmaker between business owners looking to exit and recently graduated students or experienced alumni from any Kansas Regents university or college who are interested in transitioning from one to the other. We aim to keep alive the businesses, the services and the jobs that they provide which are essential to the economy and society of KS communities. We start by seeking viable businesses with which are essential to the economy and then prepare an initial business valuation. The business is then marketed with complete confidentiality and anonymity to the owner. We review each replacement candidate to ensure that they are an excellent fit and are qualified to take over the specific business. Unlike a broker, we work with both parties and instead of setting a price point, we mediate between them to come to a fair value. To insure business success we ask that the retiring owner works out some equitable agreed upon transition/mentoring period with the new owner. After the purchase transaction is complete, we offer ongoing mentoring and counseling to both parties to help insure continued business viability and business growth. All services are provided at no cost and with complete confidentiality.
