If you’re starting a business, financial projections help you plan your startup budget, assess profitability, and set benchmarks for achieving financial goals. Financial projections are also an important piece of your business plan, especially if you are seeking funding.
If you’re already in business, creating financial projections can help you set goals and stay on track, and make sound financial decisions.
In this free IN-PERSON workshop, you will learn how to:
* Use the SCORE financial projection template
* Understand the process to create a business financial statements including: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
