The United States Minority Contractors Association (USMCA) MO/KAN Chapter is holding its monthly virtual meeting with guest speaker Arthur Saulsberry, Deputy Director of Procurement for the Army Corps of Engineers Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 3pm.
