Kristi Hutchison, is a proud 18-year staff member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City and sits on the Executive team of BBBSKC where she contributes to leading the agency. Kristi's primary responsibility is to grow the organization’s brand awareness, enhance volunteer recruitment and increase fundraising through marketing strategies. Kristi has played an important role in helping to grow the agency into one of the top nonprofits in KC and a top performing Big Brothers Big Sisters agency. The Kansas City BBBS agency is recognized often for their innovative branding and marketing efforts, in the past five years her and her team secured more than a dozen local and national awards for excellence in marketing, social media and branding. Kristi has been an integral part of how BBBSKC has grown and transformed volunteer recruitment. Kristi played an important role in the BBBSA marketing taskforce that led the Big Brothers Big Sisters brand transformation.
