Blake Miller will share his experience as an ecosystem builder in Kansas City, entrepreneur and founder of Homebase.ai and other perspectives on innovation, in general

6:00-7:00 - Climate, Sustainability & Innovation in KC

A panel of leaders from Climate Action KC, the Mid-America Regional Council and The Building Energy Exchange KC will sit down with Kevin McGinnis to kick off our series on Sustainable Infrastructure and discuss the impacts of climate change and need for innovation in this area.

7:00-8:00 - Reframing Education with Lyriks Institute

Kyle Hollins will share his personal journey that led to creating The Lyrik's Institution, a cognitive based program that allows its students to master in the Creative Arts of their choice. With a stated mission of reducing crime and violence by targeting destructive thinking errors and reworking them into productive behaviors, Lyriks aims to change the way we approach education for many at-risk youth.
