The Aspen Institute are honored to host the Associate Administrator for Contracting and Business Development at the Small Business Administration (SBA), Bibi Hidalgo, and Co-Founder/Executive Director, Bruce Katz of the Nowak Metro Finance Lab at Drexel University for a fireside chat conversation focused on how federal contracting opportunities can be a critical source of growth for socially and economically disadvantaged small businesses and how can communities work together to take them to scale.
