Do you dream of owning a food truck someday? Not sure where to start? We’re here to help! In this 90-minute session we’ll walk you through a detailed checklist to guide you through the ins-and-outs of getting going. Come learn from experienced food truckers about menu development, food safety, managing your time, and more! Attendees will leave with a 16-week planning timeline and a daily on-site checklist.
