Strategic Budgeting and Scenario Planning

Wednesday, November 3 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm • Organized By Nonprofit Connect
Online Event

About

To effectively plan for the future — particularly in the current moment of uncertainty — nonprofit leaders must imagine possible scenarios and determine how their organizations would respond. This webinar will show participants how to incorporate scenario planning into their budget, allowing organizational leadership to understand budget implications for various "what-ifs" and create plans of action.

Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) will help participants quantify the unknown, develop budget scenarios for possible future crises and opportunities, identify key drivers of change, assess revenue and expense variability, and prepare for both best and worst-case scenarios.

This webinar includes dedicated time for live Q&A with NFF consultants. Participants will receive NFF's scenario planning tool, with instructions.

This is a program of the Effective Nonprofit Series.
