September 8th – The Dynamic Duo: Organizational Leadership and Culture
The interdependence of leadership and culture impact the health and sustainability of every organization. The introduction to GAME focuses on the dynamic between leadership and culture so business owners can be intentional about practices that will help grow their companies. Leaving leadership or culture to chance undermines business owner’s goals and sabotages success. Kelly Byrnes, with Voyage Consulting Group, will help business owners reduce that risk and protect their revenue, retention, and reputation.

September 29th – The Link Between Organization Design and Culture
This session of GAME helps business owners understand how organization design affects, and is affected by, their company’s culture.
