Most food businesses that fail don’t fail because the food is bad, they fail because of customer service, unanticipated costs, and lack of cash flow. Join Kim Niebaum as she addresses what food trucks and food vending owners need to plan for financially from their development through their startup phase, including equipment, budgeting for employees, tax implications, funding, overhead, and vehicle maintenance. Attendees will also leave with a schedule for tax filings. This program is funded by a grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
