Diane Sterling is the Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) for the Boeing Company for the Space Launch System production and Evolution contract “Stages” and the Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage Contract at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. 

 

She is the primary interface with small businesses connecting to the Boeing company for these two contracts. Every contract has an SBLO assigned to it for the company and becomes the primary POC to connect with the company. She is going to speak about how to connect to Boeing.
