How can marketers make the most of the data they gather on customers and prospects?
As marketers we collect massive amounts of information on our consumers and potential consumers to predict behavior, direct our marketing decisions and see into the future. It can be challenging to understand what all the different data means though, and how to apply it.
You can almost drown yourself in the amount of information that can be gathered, but how do you sort through it all and make sense of it, or 'read the tea leaves' so to speak.
Alan Weber, an Assistant Teaching Professor of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at UMKC's Henry W. Bloch School of Management, will help us learn more about analytics and how to interpret what the data we gather tells us as marketers.
This will be our first in-person event since the pandemic, so we look forward to seeing you. If you can't make it in-person, you can still attend virtually. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. and the program begins at noon. Lunch is included in the in-person price. Scroll down the ticket options to see the virtual pricing.
