Join in on the 4th Thursday of every month for lunch and networking with fellow NKCBC members, as well as other North Kansas City business owners and representatives, community leaders, and elected officials.In addition to lunch and networking, you will enjoy a presentation by our featured speaker!

 

The speaker this month is Eric Hemphill, Solid Waste Program Manager, Bridging the Gap.Eric runs Bridging the Gap's Business Recycling Program, which helps businesses analyze their waste streams and reduce their landfill waste through consultations, technical assistance, and expert advice.This service is offered free to Missouri businesses through a grant from the Mid-America Regional Council's Solid Waste Management District.

 

Eric's presentation "Waste Not, Want Not: Reducing Your Impact and Conserving Your Resources" will outline the tremendous impact that unnecessary waste has on our environment and your bottom line and detail how you can improve your waste management practices, including local programs and companies on the front lines of the waste management industry.
