Virtual - Fashion Entrepreneurs Workshop: Building A Basic Budget

Tuesday, May 4 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm • Organized By ArtsKC - Regional Arts Council
Online Event

Do you want to build a budget for your business but don’t know where to start? Do you need motivation to finish a budget you have already started?
Join us for a virtual working course that will teach you foundational skills needed to construct a basic budget that will help you maximize your profit. This class is perfect for new fashion entrepreneurs or those who have been operating their business for less than three years without a budget.
This is a working session, so bring your laptop and any past budgetary information you may have. We will email you a skeleton budget in advance.
Students will:

Be in a non-judgmental environment,
Have the opportunity to share budgeting experiences,
Learn about a budget’s structure and benefits, and
Walk away with a basic business budget.

No previous experience necessary.
This class will be taught by Rightfully Sewn Founder and President Jennifer Lapka. She is passionate about financial literacy for all and building entities through slow, sustainable growth.
