In this workshop, we provide first-hand accounts and case studies of how clients with business models that relied heavily on in-person interaction, transitioned to live streaming and technology solutions that enabled them to maintain their relevancy, outreach, and growth. Titled, “When the Music Stops”, our session includes an exploration in music and the arts—one of the industries hardest hit by COVID-19. We also reveal strategies we have executed with more traditional businesses that needed to reach customers and even staff engagement.
