IgniteX Demo Day 1: Disinfection and Environmental Sensing Solutions to Fight COVID-19
Hear directly from the companies who have participated in our 12-week accelerator program to further advance the development of their solutions around Disinfection and Environmental Sensing through pilot projects with Black & Veatch. A few examples of novel technologies that will be discussed include a multi-day persistent sanitizer for surfaces, smart UV lighting and a concentration device for pathogen detection. Be inspired by the breadth of solutions being developed in this space. Companies presenting include: - Aquisense Technologies: Desktop UV disinfection for PPE, tools, etc. - Motega Health: Multi-day persistent sanitizer for surfaces and hands. Company has formulation specialists in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, foods and chemicals. - Windgo: Smart UV lighting. - NanoGuard: Reactive gas (ozone) disinfection for food and other markets. - InnovaPrep: Concentration device for pathogen detection. - Fluid Robotics: Automated sampling devices and wastewater based epidemiology (WBE). - University of Missouri: Biosensor for rapid pathogen detection. - Energy Cloud: Air filtration system.
