In the second session of this two-part course, you will
apply what you learned in part one and assess a hypothetical organization’s remote/virtual work policy. You will
determine which departments and stakeholders need to
be involved, create a policy outline, define rules and expectations, and create procedures, processes, forms and
agreements for long-term remote working. You will also be
presented with a scenario that will test your ability to decide when remote/virtual working is appropriate and manageable and if/when the relationship needs to be modified
or discontinued. We strongly recommend attending part
one of this course on September 15 as a prerequisite.
