She is the founder of Hron & Partners, focused on helping start-ups, small business and nonprofit organizations advance profitability and effect solutions for social change. Previously, in a 36-year span, Janine has provided executive leadership for nonprofit organizations dedicated to health care, education and children’s social welfare concerns, creating and operating programs with local, regional and national scope.
