Join us TONIGHT, September 15th at 6:30 for our Monthly meet up online.
Roberto Camacho is a soccer nut. He's an amateur player and loves Sporting KC. He and his business partner invented and patented WOBBLRS, self-righting pylons that are used for soccer drills and for casual tailgating games. From a distance of eleven paces, a player tries to hit the other player's pylon. When hit, the WOBBLR wobbles, but it doesn't fall down (sound familiar?).
Simple product. Fun solution. He raised $40,000 on Kickstarter and now sells through a Shopify site and Amazon. He went through UMKC's Bloch School of Business eScholars program to solidify his idea. Word of mouth is spreading!
Roberto will share about his Kickstarter campaign and all the ins and outs of how his product came together.
