A Discussion About Race, Part 3 - A Historical Analysis

This workshop is the third in a series of three. Each session includes a combination of dialogue, facilitator-led discussion and group participation. Registrants are strongly encouraged to participate in all three sessions. We welcome individuals, work teams and/or your entire staff to attend. There has never been a more relevant time to help individuals and organizations strengthen their understanding around issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Part 3 ? A Historical Analysis - This workshop examines history, both nationally and locally, through an equity lens. It specifically examines how our past directly contributes to how we live today. In this session we'll probe the following aspects of history:

  • Large Scale Social Stimulus Initiatives
  • Neighborhood and Housing Policies & Practices
  • Contemporary thoughts and beliefs in relation to our past.
