Webinar: Continuity in Crisis - Succession Planning 101

Monday, May 25 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm • Organized By Nonprofit Connect
Online Event

The COVID-19 pandemic has elevated the need for nonprofits to be prepared for any crisis, which includes having a basic emergency succession plan in place. Yet only 23% of nonprofits have any succession plan in place at all. Join Nonprofit Connect for a one-hour webinar on creating a basic succession plan, including tips and tools for taking the stress out of effectively developing your own.

Our speaker, Heidi Holliday, is an experienced nonprofit director and consultant. This webinar is geared toward Executive Directors/CEO’s and senior staff, and will include tips on helping junior staff create their own succession plans.

Heidi Holliday is the founder and CEO of The Idea Loom, LLC, a Kansas City based consulting firm focused on growing your organization’s capacity so you can focus on advancing your organization’s mission. Heidi has two decades of experience in nonprofits, and has served as executive director of three different nonprofits, including Consensus KC, where she currently works. She has her Masters of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the Bloch School at UMKC, and is a skilled facilitator.
