Do you have an innovative idea for a business but you're not sure how and where to start assessing your options? Launch U formerly known as Operation First Step FastTrac helps you define and evaluate your business concept. Through our 8 week course, you'll develop a start-up plan that will help you no only start, but succeed in business: Give you a specific roadmap for starting a business; Expose you to subject matter experts such as accountants, lawyers, marketing experts & more; Challenge you to define and be prepared for the best and worst; Help position you to fund your business; Help you develop a network of resources and peers a business owner needs. The Women's Business Center will host this curriculum starting on Tuesday, March 10, and continuing on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-9:00 pm from March 24-May 12. All interested in enrolling must attend an orientation session on February 11 OR February 25 from 6:00-7:00 pm at 4328 Madison Avenue Kansas City, MO. This program is offered at a very subsidized rate of $75 to allow individuals who meet low-to-moderate income guidelines to participate.
