COVID-19: Understanding FDA Regulations for PPE

The FDA has temporarily reduced the regulatory requirements that apply to most PPE and sanitizers in response to the COVID-19 epidemic. Kate Dickenson and Seth Mailhot, lawyers from Missouri-based firm, Husch Blackwell, LLP, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Economic Development, will provide an overview of the FDA’s recent actions regarding PPE and sanitizers for any business considering production of the same.If you plan on joining this webinar with an audio connection only, questions will need to be submitted prior to or after the call.
