The NCBFAA Educational Institute in cooperation with the Office of Digital Initiatives at the Department of Commerce, invite you to attend a webinar on Cultural Sensitivity Programs. During this webinar exporters will learn about cultural norms, traveling overseas, cultural understanding with negotiations and the duty of care for employees.  This webinar is for the intermediate U.S. small and medium size business exporter.
