Learn the business of food trucks from the experts. This six-hour workshop will walk you through the steps of opening your own food truck business. Come ready to learn about health departments, truck build out, branding, advertising, and financial statements. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. and the program will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.. Lunch will be provided. This program is presented by Mid-Continent Public Library’s Square One Small Business Services. It is funded by a grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
