Faculty:
Chris Brown. Chris Brown represents startups, freelancers, and small businesses through his law firm, Pixel Law. As an entrepreneur himself, he uses modern technology to provide efficient legal services using fixed-fee, project based billing. Chris also co-founded Contract Canvas, a digital contract platform for creative professionals. You can find him on Twitter @CSBCounsel.

Rob Warzel. Rob is an attorney with Spencer Fane’s Phoenix, Arizona office. He advises clients all over the country on all aspects of human resources counseling, employment litigation and traditional labor law, helping businesses identify risks and equipping them with the tools necessary to minimize the time and resources spent on legal matters. He works with clients ranging from large enterprises to sole proprietorships in complex matters involving breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, restrictive covenants, fraud, negligence and more. Rob earned his undergraduate degree in international business at Carleton University in Ottawa and his Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Aaron Spenger. Aaron is an attorney in Spencer Fane’s Kansas City office. His legal practice
focuses on business transactions and financial services. He has helped small and medium sized businesses navigate various legal challenges and lawsuits related to issues such as intellectual property infringement, worker’s compensation claims, breach of contract, and others. He has drafted and negotiated purchase and sale contracts, terms and conditions documents, lease agreements, confidentiality agreements, demonstration agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, master supply agreements, master service agreements, manufacturing agreements, and an array of other transactional documentation for a variety of clients including manufacturers, fabricators, distributors, trade associations, service providers, consulting companies, and banks. He has represented banks in commercial loan transactions.He provided startup advice for new business entities and assisted with business formation and governance issues including registration with pertinent governmental entities and drafting corporate governance documents. Aaron holds a BSBA and JD from the University of Missouri.
