 In this class you will  learn:  The seven elements for capturing your dream.  Discuss feasibility, necessary research and resources for collecting informtion.  Most importantly; how do you apply this research to the real world?

Benefits:  Separate myth and rumors from fact, learn how to make the right decisions for your entrepreneurial current or future business.  Practice your elevator speech.  Test your business idea against the competition.

Faculty:  Ed Doering has 30 years experience in all aspects of marketing plus competitive analysis, forecasting, budget analysis, etc.  Burroughs, Sprint and Black Hills Energy prospered.  BBA/MBA from UMKC, Henry Block School Business and a SCORE-KC Certified Mentor.  

Business Concepts provides step-by-step guidance in researching your idea, your market, and your competition. At the end of the Business Concept section, you are able to: 

  • Identify your target markets
  • Describe your products/services
  • Collect key competitive information to support your feasibility plan
