Crystal Sheffield-Baird is a Strategic Content Storyteller and works with businesses to develop compelling clarity in their marketing using psychology and storytelling principles to engage customers and clients. Crystal has been featured on news outlets such as Girlboss, Bustle, Medium, and Smart Healthy Women. She lives in Kansas City with her husband and enjoys reading, hiking, and volunteering her time with social justice issues that affect our community.
