Join Central Exchange for an interactive workshop that will teach how to position yourself as a professional problem solver. Whether you're in revenue generating role, managing a team, or asking for a raise - learning how to focus on the problem that you solve is a key to getting what you want! 

This 3 Part Series is for everyone - sales professionals, leaders, and anyone looking to to make an ask in their professional environment.

They will dig into how to position yourself, how to build relationships and ask amazing questions, and how to ask for what you want! Whether you're asking for money, convincing your team to buy into a new initiative, asking for a raise or negotiating with a teenager - this series will help you sell - but making sure the "buyer" gets exactly what they want and need! 

Speaker Bio: 
Ryann Dowdy is a 15 year veteran of the advertising sales industry. Her role has evolved from individual contributor, to sales trainer and coach, to sales leader. Along with her role as Director of Sales at iFocus Marketing, Ryann has launched her own business, Life Uncensored. She supports women as they navigate their career, in addition to helping business owners develop and grow their sales skills and drive revenue. Ryann is passionate about helping women become better communicators and having the confidence to ask for what they want!
