Women's Health Panel Luncheon

Join the Kansas City Women's Chamber of Commerce for a panel discussion on Women's Health and networking. This luncheon will feature women from the healthcare industry sharing information from their specialties and taking questions from the audience. Confirmed speakers include:

  • Leslie Hernandez Brown, Senior Manager Development at the American Lung Association in Kansas & Greater Kansas CityThe American Lung Association is working to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease, through research, education and advocacy. They focus on four strategic imperatives: to defeat lung cancer; to improve the air we breathe; to reduce the burden of lung disease on individuals and their families; and to eliminate tobacco use and tobacco-related diseases.
  • Dr. Annette Quick, cardiologist at Truman Medical Centers. Dr. Quick is a board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease and is also an Associate Professor of Medicine at UMKC. Truman Medical Centers has two hospital locations, the largest, most comprehensive behavioral health program in the area, a long-term care facility and multiple primary care practices. They are also the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine.
  • Dr. Cristyn Watkins, founder of aNu Asthetics. Dr. Watkins focuses her entire practice on advanced medical aesthetics, healthy aging and personalized wellness medicine. She is the visionary of aNu Aesthetics and Optimal Wellness, is involved in every aspect of the practice, and works along side her expert medical and aesthetics staff.
