No matter the type of new business idea, creating customer value from your business model is crucial to your success.
Successful businesses know how to find the right product-market fit that creates this customer value and how to communicate it to their market. This intensive course will use the Business Model Canvas, the Value Proposition Canvas, and other proven processes to identify and articulate customer value for your new business offering, whether it’s technology-based, a new product or new service. You will research your market, refine your customer segments, conduct customer discovery and use your canvas to create a compelling value proposition to drive growth.
The program is taught by experienced SBTDC business coaches certified by Strategyzer and Steve Blank, in Business Model Canvas and Lean Startup.
This class meets on Wednesdays, on May 30th it will run from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm and all other Wednesdays from 9:00 am – Noon. Classes on May 30, June 6, June 13 and June 20. Attendance at all four sessions is mandatory.
