Diversity & Inclusion Thought Leaders Workshop

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is hosting Pam McElvane, Founder and CEO of the National Diversity MBA Magazine headquartered in Chicago, IL. Pam is known as one of the nations thought leaders in diversity best practices based on Diversity MBAs inclusive leadership index that uniquely measures all aspects of talent management. She will present: 

  • The State of Diversity and Inclusion 
  • How leaders can position themselves around best practices and principles 
  • Next practices for future success 

During this dynamic interactive workshop, Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion leaders with an MBA will have an opportunity to hear from global thought leaders and professionals.
