Food Truck Workshop

Learn the business of food trucks from the experts. This five-hour workshop, led by Brandon Simpson, owner of Jazzy B's food truck, and Xander Winkel of the Ennovation Center, will walk you through the steps of opening your own food truck business. 

Come ready to learn about health departments, truck build out, branding, advertising, and financial statements. Sample food truck cuisine and tour a food truck. 

This program is funded by a grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. Registration is required.
