Permission to Screw Up - How I Learned to Lead by Doing Almost Everything Wrong - Kristen Hadeed CEO & Author

Thursday, November 16 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm • Organized By Visiting Nurse Association
100 West 26th Street, Kansas City, MO 64108

About

To help continue our 126 year mission, the VNA Foundation is proud to partner with Kristen Hadeed, 27 year-old CEO and founder of Student Maid and author of “Permission to Screw Up.” Student Maid has blossomed into a company with more than 500 college-age employees and is widely recognized for its industry-leading retention rate and culture of trust, accountability and compassion.  This unique fundraising event is a “can’t miss” opportunity for anyone.

The event is Thursday November 16 from 5-6PM.  Kristen will discuss her challenges and setbacks being an intuitive leader and why putting her employees, not customers, first bolstered customer satisfaction.  However, the talk is not just for managers and leaders.  Everyone will walk away inspired by her message to take action and recover from her many setbacks (including 75% of her staff walking out in one day!)

100% of the proceeds of the event benefit care at VNA. www.vnakc.com/leadershipseries

*Each attendee will receive the latest edition of “Permission to Screw Up” at the event.
