Attendees will sit at tables of ten. If you wish to purchase a full table, please contact Matthew Hughes ». Groups purchasing a full table will be guaranteed one seat at the business round table following the luncheon.
Event sponsorships are available for $750 and include a reserved table of ten in a premium location, signage and sponsorship recognition, podium recognition, and two guaranteed seats at the business round table following the luncheon. If interested, please contact Matthew Hughes ».

Business Round Table
A smaller business round table will immediately follow the luncheon. Because of limited seating in the venue, admission to the round table is by invitation only and will be limited to one seat per organization; luncheon sponsors will receive two seats at the round table.
After invitations have been sent, some seats may still be available at the round table and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To indicate your interest, please send an e-mail to Matthew Hughes » no earlier than Monday, October 16. Due to the nature of the round table, we are unable to guarantee that seats will be available, and early requests cannot be honored. We appreciate your understanding.
Venue and Parking
The luncheon will be held at the KC Chamber Board Room on the main level (southeast corner) of Union Station. Parking is available in the garage to the west of Union Station. We regret that we are unable to validate parking. The streetcar offers a free alternative to parking at Union Station.
