From food of the Mayan gods to an $18 billion industry, chocolate has captivated the world’s culinary imagination since the 16th century. Explore KC’s chocolate scene with local author and KCPT food content editor Jonathan Bender and a panel of chocolate industry experts including renowned chocolatier Christopher Elbow and Panache Chocolatiers. A short reception and tasting will follow. This program is funded by a grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
