Our sharks bring diverse backgrounds and perspectives, which is sure to make for interesting questions and discussion...

Shark #1 Nathan Kurtz | Senior Program Officer in Entrepreneurship

Nathan Kurtz is a senior program officer in Entrepreneurship for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he focuses on Kansas City entrepreneurship, promoting the Kauffman Foundation’s programs to startups, entrepreneurs, and business and civic leaders in the community. Prior to joining Kauffman, Kurtz worked in numerous entrepreneurial capacities. He was the president and chief operating officer at KR Legal Management, where he was instrumental in helping the company grow and scale.

Shark #2 Kevin Daniels | Chief Product Officer C2FO

 

Kevin is responsible for setting and driving the C2FO platform product vision. Kevin brings 18+ years of high-tech experience to the team, and a strong track record of leadership roles in successful companies including Mass Relevance, Bazaarvoice, and SportsMEDIA Technology Corporation, where he won 2 Emmy awards. He has a BS degree in Computer Science from Duke University, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. As recent transplants from Austin, Kevin, his wife, and three elementary school children are looking forward to experiencing all that Kansas City has to offer.

Shark #3 Brock Stechman | Entrepreneur & Co-Founder of DivvyHQ

 

Brock has built multiple companies and is currently the Co-Founder of DivvyHQ. Recently voted the "#1 Content Creation, Workflow, and Experience Platform," DivvyHQ makes it incredibly easy for global marketing and content teams to plan produce, and publish high-quality content more efficiently.
