José María has extensive experience in Corporate and Project Finance working with both national and international financial and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, asset finance, as well as legal services relating to investment funds, including hedge funds and structured financing agreements.
José María has been highlighted by CHAMBERS & PARTNERS for his excellent work in Project Finance and for his expertise in Cuba. His work brought the Firm to a consistent “Band 1” rating from CHAMBERS & PARTNERS for Corporate/Commercial Lawyers Based Abroad in both CHAMBERS GLOBAL and CHAMBERS LATIN AMERICA.
