Entrepreneur Storytime: Matt Shatto of Shatto Milk Company

Mid-Continent Public Library is inviting Kansas City’s best-known entrepreneurs to tell us the story of how they got their venture off the ground. Join us for the story of family-owned Shatto Milk Company, a Kansas City staple for more than 60 years. From the dairy’s beginnings to the decision to process milk on the farm to bringing back the milkman to Kansas City, the story of Shatto Milk and Matt Shatto is one of KC’s great successes. A tasting of the dairy's holiday flavor will follow the program. This program is funded by a grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
