The Business of T-Shirts

The humble T-shirt is, actually, worth bragging about. Especially when you look at all the KC companies that have succeeded by designing and selling cool-looking tees.

During the 90-minute program, Jonathan Bender of Recommended Daily will interview a panel of local T-shirt entrepreneurs:

  • Mike Draper, Raygun
  • Dan Mahaney, Normal Human
  • Malonda Hutson, Decaf Tees Screen Printing

It’s all part of Mid-Continent Public Library’s Square One Small Business Services initiative, which offers advice from real-life business owners and workshops that cover essential skills for entrepreneurs. The Kauffman Foundation is funding the project through a grant.
